Welcome to The Roaming Kiwi’s Non-Discrimination Policy!

I, The Roaming Kiwi, am an equal access photographer.

 

• I will not discriminate against, nor withhold my services from, any person on the basis of gender, color, race, ethnicity,  national origin, caste, religious belief or practice, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, pregnancy, covered veteran status, protected genetic information, or political affiliation.

  The above statement is subject the the following conditions.

• Minor children wishing to utilize my services, unless emancipated, will require the permission of a parent or other legal guardian.

• Depending on the situation at the time, photographs of minor children may require the permission of a responsible supervising adult before the photographs can be made.

  • This will not apply to events where a condition of entry is that everyone entering consents to their being filmed and/or photographed whilst attending the event.

• Any activity or situation being photographed must be legal in the jurisdiction in which it is occurring.

• I do reserve the right to refuse to provide my services if I deem the situation to be too hazardous to myself, anyone who may be assisting me, or my/our equipment.
